An introduction of trampoline Gymnastics,held in Suphanburi Sports School in Thailand,10th to 17th December 2009.A good learning method of trampoline supervise by FIG Expert-John Beer from England,Tim Lees from Australia and John Beck From USA.The participant are from asean cuntry which is Malaysia(myself),Hongkong,Thailand,Japan,Indonesia,Sweden and Taiwan.

Artistic Gymnastics is My Passion

I was a former national athlete who had represent the country in the Commanwealth and World Youth Games in 1998. I also won a silver and bronze medals at SEA Games in 1997 in the Floor Exercise and Team event. During as an athlete, i have undergone training in China and England around 1996 for the experience and knowledge for this sport. I also serve as an national instructor at the National Sports Council of Malaysia and State Sports Council for almost 6 years.
